How To Answer Most Common Job Interview Questions asked In Any Interview.
1. Tell me about yourself
This is the first question asked in every job interview. First impression is the key impression. Your first few lines give 50% idea to interviewer whether to select you are not. This Question can be asked in many ways, like "Introduce yourself", "Tell us more about yourself", "Give us brief introduction about yourself".
The best approach to answer this question is, tell the interviewer about your name, city, state, education, likes and what you are looking for. Just complete in few sentences. Keep in Mind never jump quickly about your main skill, E.g "My name is John and i have done MBA with 80% score". This is not the correct way, it creates wrong impression. Instead of this you can say, " My name is john. i am from Srinagar J&k. from last so many years i'm mastering myself about business skills and trying to grow up and gain more and more knowledge and skill in this field. Recently i have completed MBA with 80% score from university of Kashmir".
After this you can add about your schooling and your likes. e.g "I completed my schooling locally. After my high school i decided to study about Business. This is how i landed into this profession. I like to play Outdoor Game and in free time i always play cricket with my friends."
2. Why do you want this job?
The Interviewers intention for asking this question may be:i. Person wants to know if you are applying for this job to build your carrier in this company or you are leaving in a short period.
ii. He/She wants to know if you had only money reason for applying.
So answer this question by keeping in mind these two things. Don't say like "I want this job because it provides handsome salary " . Say like "i was looking for a job based on my choice and skill and i think this job gives me such opportunity, hence i can build my career for working in this company ".
You can answer it by your way but need to remember that show them that your are applying based on your skill, interest, Passion for career building etc. Any reason which company may feel is good for them.
