The youth of any region, state, country, or world are considered the building blocks of the future world. The youth act as idea generators and exhibit the entrepreneurial skills to implement these ideas. Youth is the investment for the global future and the source for future generations. If this institution in any region is affected, the machinery working for the future generation gets slowed down. The unemployment rate in Jammu and Kashmir reported recently by the ministry of statistics and programme implementation of the government of India is an indicator of the above situation experienced by the region. The different changes and consistent COVID-19 lock-downs have created an economic slowdown and even put an end to many startups. Though efforts are being made by the government to speed it up on the right track with different investments, schemes and by creating, searching and fast filling job vacancies in the UT, it is the youth, not the government, a working force or machinery, which can create effective, inclusive economic growth in the region with different business ideas and startups. Professionally trained local youth with a strong entrepreneurial spirit can serve as implementers of various ideas that can lead to long-term development in the region. The team of JK Study Weekly invites you, the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, to be the idea generators for new, effective, feasible, and inclusive growth in developing business ideas. If you are unable to become an implementer, you can become an idea provider for someone who has the ability and sufficient resources to do so.
